It’s been a month since I’ve updated this blog. The Christmas season can get very busy; working, shopping, entertaining, meeting with friends and family! Christmas really isn’t one of my favorite time of the year. It reminds of childhood bliss. And because I am not a child anymore and don’t have children of my own, it is a season that I should not have anything to do with.

Aside from this, social issues and events hint that celebrations are not called for. However, culture and my personality cannot make me escape the event so I decided to just be open and see where this season will bring me.
I got to dress up like a rockstar at our “Party-like-a-rockstar” christmas party!
I brought our dog Fluffy to her first doggie party. She had a blast socializing with other dogs and I enjoyed meeting up with dog-lovers!
I cherish our family dinners and am always awed at how the kids have grown so much!
Believe it or not, I like catching up with family who were childhood playmates and friends and find out how they are doing.
Overall, aside from the very carnivorous meals prepared, Christmas always turns out to be a joyous event. I take stock of the blessings that I have; a fulfilling and fun job, a loving family, a cute and loyal pet and a devoted spouse!
I hope your Christmas turned out as wonderful as mine! Merry Christmas to you!
