Yesterday’s practice went surprisingly very well for me:
1. Touched my head on the the floor during prasarita C while being adjusted and adjustment had no pain.
2. I was tucking my legs during jump throughs
3. Was able to bind well for Marichy D!!!
4. And kept my hands together in supta kurmasana (yay!!!)
But still have a lot of learning to do; balancing poses, back bends…and I also discovered that my psoas need some working.
Hmmm…. how to strengthen eccentric contraction of the psoas…
Practice, practice, practice… and all is coming!
